Orders and Customization

All products are custom-made unless otherwise stated. Please review your order carefully before submitting. Once production has begun, changes or cancellations cannot be made. Minor variations in color, print placement, or fabric texture may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.

We currently ship to the United States and Canada only. Shipping times vary depending on order volume and customization. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Because each item is made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted, except in cases where the item received is incorrect, or there is a defect or mistake on our part. Approved replacements or corrections will be handled promptly at no cost to you.
